My Credentials To Fight For
Your Feres Doctrine Mandated Rights
I wish to share some of my qualifications and achievements that
I obtained during the period of February 7, 1993 to the present. Throughout that time, I have logged--conservatively, over
85,000 hours of pro bono (free) hands-on case study and activities resulting in the following victories against the corrupted
in our government. My experiences have taken me around the country and discussion with many different walks of Americans to
say the least.
In addition to forming V’ERPA in November 1999, and its progenies “VERPA
Inc” (December 1999) and “V’ERPA LLC” (August 2006), I also formed V’ERPA-Publishing (V’ERPAPUB)
to fund our “advocacy” operations by publishing my first book: “Beyond the Scope of Justice: The Chilling
Effects Of The Feres Doctrine Within The United States Armed Forces” (2000). All told, here is what I am all about
as an American and First Amendment rights activist and my qualifications:
· Honorable service in the
U.S. Navy for 11 ½ years (July 82 to January 1994);*

· Authored the “Introduction” to Charlie Kelley, Vietnam Veteran’s book entitled: “Vietnam
Rain Agents Orange, White and Blue (2007);
· Contributed to various Military Times news articles on
FD related injuries and deaths and other media organizations (2000-20096), most recent the Macon-Telegraph (September 29,
2009 re; V’ERPA Member SSgt Wise);
· Cox Commission I recommendations surrounding V’ERPA-FD
reform of the military’s administrative justice system utilized in August 2008—American Bar Association (ABA)
Resolution to the U.S. Congress;
· Assisted V’ERPA-member and a 19 ½ year serving Army soldier from
being wrongfully discharged and we obtained by working together, a 220% Veterans Administration (VA) disability rating within

placement on Temporary Disability Retirement List (TDRL) for further Military Disability Evaluation System (DES) processing.
Said cases resulted in the granting of FDM/permanent retirement and VA benefits;
· Constructing
the first ever grassroots proposed legislation (V’ERPA Act) to reform the Feres doctrine without disrupting good order and discipline in our military. Said bill of particulars,
speak to the needs of all generation dating back to the inception of the unconstitutional-doctrine on December 4, 1950 to
present;
· Initiated an 8th District of Georgia Congressional initiative in July 2008;
· Filed an opposition to the pending “Military Medical Malpractice” Bill introduced by Congressman
Hinchey (D-NY) as politically motivated and fails to end the FD--legal discrimination for all others subject to criminal or
gross-negligent acts of federal employees.
Since my announced retirement from the War on Feres (WOF);
I have enrolled in Florida Technical College to achieve a criminal justice degree. I am also finishing my second book
“The Broke Scales Of American Justice” due out in early 2010.
In sum, at today’s
market value, a qualified “paralegal” working for a law firm is billed from $50.00 to $100.00 per hour. Lawyers,
with my type of specialty will charge you anywhere from $250.00 to $500.00 per hour. Thus, if you obtain a qualified attorney
to handle a military, VA or Social Security type claim; I would urge them to contact me and I will provide my services at
a reduced rate of $50.00 per hour.
May God be with all those facing “FD” related injuries
and injustices!
Best wishes,
