A MESSAGE FROM V'ERPA’s

FOUNDER/OWNER

Since learning of the Feres doctrine in December 1993, and forming V’ERPA in November 1999, we have come a long way as of my announced retirement from the WOF. Our efforts to right the FD-Abomination has not been in vain. Now, after 15 ½ years of evidence collection to establish the doctrine is a “damage control tool” for high DoD/Military officials to cover up crimes against the United States and its People serving in our armed forces—we are please to announce we gave it our best effort to end the inequities and atrocities being committed by federal employees under the Feres Doctrine. In short, until I receive 1-million inquires on our home page--I will remain in retirement.

Cox Commission II - Message from the Founder

July 3, 2009

Today, we received in the U.S. Mail our copy of the Cox Commission II experience that took place on Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at the George Washington School of Law. In light of the fact that we have produced thousands of pages of documents since our creation in November 1999, we are going to proceed on our site with the Cox-CD and proceed backwards into history for clarity purposes.
Best wishes,
TEAM-V’ERPA
