DEDICATION

This section is dedicated to my family and friends who helped and believed in the "V’ERPA Vision"—and the establishment of the "first all volunteer" civil rights organization dedicated to ensuring "equal justice under law" is provided to all American service members under Title 10 USC 1034 (Armed Forces) and Title 38 et seq., (Veterans Administration), in connection with the U.S. Supreme Court's “Feres Doctrine Mandate.” (c) Copyright 1994-2010

On this page you will find my Mother—Rosemary (deceased), my Father—Robert and U.S. Marine, my mentor, adopted big brother and Vietnam Veteran Steven C. Condi (deceased).

The picture of Sam Donaldson of ABC News and me was my first major national media achievement.  It happened in June 1997, where I was interviewed for about 1 ½ hours at ABC News HQ in Washington DC.   I was hopeful the program that arose from the interview "An Abuse of Power?" would have better results.  Sadly, it aired in October 1999, and the public interest was not good at all.

In all, I thank all those I have met in my travels across the United States.   Especially, those I still to this date consider friends and supporters.

Best wishes,

//s// “True”
