Jeff Trueman V’ERPA NEWS CLIPS “Here I go again on my own …” On November 18, 2009, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Alito granted me permission until January 4, 2010 to file my writ of certiorari (request for review) of lower court cases of Trueman v. Rumsfeld, et al., and related cases. In short, the argument pertains to the Negative Domino Effect (NDE) of being denied due process and equal protection of law under the Feres doctrine under military law. Thus, this is the last bite of the apple per se; so, December is going to be a busy month in preparing this petition. I have conceded and will accept any decision of the high court. If denied, my 15-year journey to establish new case law and precedent will have been for not. I am good with it though. I fought the good fight and one way or another--its time for me to move on in life and enjoy it for once!
